Tuna Nicoise Americanized

The only thing to cook in this is the hard boiled eggs for 10 minutes. Can leave out if you wish:

1/2 cup green olives sliced up
2 hard boiled eggs peeled and sliced up
5 Tbpsns Duke's mayo
3-4 cans (3 ounces) of white tuna drained
1-2 pickles sliced up
2 sticks of celery sliced up
1 onion sliced up
2 Tbspns of mustard
Parsley, salt & pepper to taste

Mix together and let sit in frig.....serve on saltine crackers or by itself with some cheese or salad.
